Submission Guidelines and Resources

Submission Types and Requirements

EdgeCon Proceedings accepts a range of submission types to accommodate diverse research and practical contributions in digital transformation for higher education. Authors should select the format that best aligns with the scope and development stage of their work. Each type includes specific length, formatting, and content expectations.

We review submissions on a rolling basis and assign accepted works to the most thematically appropriate edition—Autumn, Winter, or Spring. To be considered for priority review for the inaugural Autumn 2025 edition, please submit by August 15, 2025.

Note: Page and word counts are general guidelines. Including figures, tables, or references may extend the total length—especially for Works-in-Progress—and that’s completely acceptable.
